Signed-off Charts: how it works

Four signatures
to go-live.

AI chart analysis in your own platform and brand within 90 days. Every gate ends with a named person on your side signing it off, and you can stop at any gate and keep what was built.

Built by the senior team at GCL: more than 50 production systems across capital markets, banking and insurance, including a trading-floor surveillance chart handling 100m+ ticks a day.

The process

Every gate closes with a signature

A compliance-signed AI chart analysis feature, live in your own platform and in your brand within 90 days, or you do not pay for the build.
  1. 1

    Day 14

    Baseline signed

Read-only access to your charts, data and any AI feature. We return findings, a costed plan and a prototype.

    Signed by

    Head of product or CEO

The plan, and the baseline we will measure against

Stop here and you keep: The review report, the plan and the prototype

  2. 2

    Day 30

    Wording policy signed

We draft what the feature may say, what it must never say and the disclosures beside it, while the build runs in fortnightly releases.

    Signed by

    Compliance lead

The approved vocabulary, the blocked phrases and the disclosures

Stop here and you keep: The policy, the wording check and the code so far

  3. 3

    Day 80

    Parallel run passed

The feature runs on live charts in your environment, hidden from clients, until the pass criteria agreed at day 30 are met.

    Signed by

    CTO and compliance lead

The parallel run results against the pass criteria

Stop here and you keep: A working feature in your environment, with its test results

  4. 4

    Day 90

    Go-live signed

Clients see the feature in your platform and your brand, with every output logged and a kill switch in place.

    Signed by

    Compliance lead

    The evidence file

You keep: The code, the evidence file, the runbook and the kill switch, all yours

Stop at any gate and keep everything built up to that point. Target days are set in the plan you sign at day 14; day 90 is the date we guarantee.

Live by day 90

If the feature is not live in your platform by day 90 for reasons on our side, the build fee is refunded.

Signed off, or no build fee

If your compliance lead will not sign the feature off, you do not pay for the build.

Advice-like wording is our problem

Advice-like phrasing, price targets and predictions are blocked before display and every output is logged. Anything that gets through is fixed at no charge.

We guarantee delivery, sign-off and controls. We never guarantee trading results, and nothing we build tells a client what to trade. The full terms are written into the proposal that follows your Platform Review.

What you have on day 90

  • The feature, in your brandAI chart analysis on the charting library you already run or license, styled as your product.
  • An evidence fileWhat the feature can say, what it is blocked from saying, the tests it passed and who signed it off.
  • Wording check and loggingEvery output checked before display and stored with its inputs and model version.
  • A kill switchOne control that turns the feature off for every client, with the reason recorded.
  • Your repositoriesThe code, infrastructure and documentation are yours from day one.

Optional add-on

Chart assistant

An assistant in your platform that answers client questions about the chart, explains indicators and sets alerts, in the same approved wording, with every answer logged.

Who signs

One process, three people who need to say yes

A broker does not buy an AI feature on one person's word. Each of the three sees what is in it for them, and what they sign.

For the

Head of product or CEO

A feature clients use, in your brand, live by a date we guarantee. A baseline you sign at day 14 and a results check against it at day 90.

For the

CTO

Code in your repositories from day one, on the charting library you already run or license. Fortnightly releases, a parallel run in your environment and a runbook.

For the

Compliance lead

A wording policy you set, a check that blocks anything outside it, every output logged and a kill switch. Nothing reaches a client without your signature.

What your compliance lead signs

The evidence file

One document your compliance lead can read in one sitting, and an auditor can follow later. It is built as the feature is built, not written up afterwards.

Illustrative structure

  1. 1Scope. What the feature does, where it appears and who sees it.
  2. 2Wording policy. Approved vocabulary, blocked phrases and disclosures, as signed at day 30.
  3. 3Detection logic. What the code detects, with tests against reference values.
  4. 4Wording check results. What was tested, what was blocked and the pass criteria.
  5. 5Parallel run. Results on live charts in your environment, as signed at day 80.
  6. 6Controls. Logging, retention, the kill switch and who can use it.
  7. 7Sign-off. Names, dates and the version that went live.

From section 2, on synthetic examples

Price has closed above its 20-day high for the first time since 4 March.

Price is breaking out. Consider buying.

The range has narrowed to its smallest width in 120 bars.

A big move is coming, so position now.

Where the method comes from

A process from trading floors, not from a pitch deck

AlchmAI is part of the GCL group. Our founder and the senior team at GCL have shipped more than 50 production systems across capital markets, banking and insurance, including trading floors. That is where the method comes from: what a regulator, an auditor and a head of trading need to see before anything goes live.

Delivered by our founder and the GCL team before AlchmAI was formed. Client names are withheld under confidentiality agreements.

Who it is for

One kind of firm, on purpose

FCA, CySEC or ASIC regulated CFD and FX brokers with roughly 5 to 150 staff, on MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, TradingView or their own web terminal.

You qualify if you have

  • An FCA, CySEC or ASIC regulated entity
  • Clients trading on your platform every day: MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, TradingView or your own web terminal
  • A named compliance lead, in-house or outsourced, who signs off client-facing features
  • A charting library in place, or a willingness to license one
  • Roughly 5 to 150 staff

Under 5 staff, or not yet regulated? Start with the Platform Review. Ask about the review

It is not for

  • Signal services and copy-trading products
  • Unregulated education products that hand out price targets
  • Firms that want AI to recommend trades

We would rather say so on the first call than after the build starts.

The 90-day guarantee assumes a compliance lead on your side, in-house or outsourced, and a charting library in place or licensable. If you have neither yet, start with one of these.

Operations agents for the back office, such as reconciliations, onboarding files, trade breaks and MI packs, are built by our sister company BraivIQ, run by the same senior team at GCL. Visit BraivIQ

Questions

Before you book

What does each signature commit us to?

Only the next gate. Each signature confirms that a gate is complete and lets the next one start. You can stop at any gate and keep everything built up to that point.

What if our compliance lead will not sign?

Then you do not pay for the build. We guarantee delivery, sign-off and controls. We never guarantee trading results, and nothing we build tells a client what to trade. The full terms are written into the proposal that follows your Platform Review.

Which platforms does it work with?

MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, TradingView and custom web terminals, alongside the charting library you already run or license. Where a platform limits what can be added, the Platform Review says so before you commit to a build.

Is the feature investment advice?

No. It describes what is on the chart: levels, ranges, patterns and changes in volume. It never recommends a trade, sets a price target or predicts a move, and a separate check blocks any output that tries to. Your firm stays responsible for its own permissions.

Can clients ask the feature questions?

Yes, with the chart assistant, an optional add-on. It answers client questions about the chart, explains indicators and sets alerts, in the same approved wording, with every answer logged. It never recommends a trade.

What does it cost?

The Platform Review is a fixed price agreed before we start and credited against the build. The build is quoted from the plan you sign at day 14, so you know the number before you commit to it. We are happy to talk figures on the first call.

Who does the work?

The senior team at GCL that built a trading-floor surveillance chart handling more than 100 million ticks a day and six front-office apps on one ticket library for a bank's markets division. The people on your calls write your code.

What is the free wording check?

Send us a link to a page or demo where your chart commentary appears. We run it through the same wording check used in the build and send back what would pass, what would be blocked and three fixes. It is engineering feedback, not legal or compliance advice.
